Projects

What I built, what I coordinated, what I’m learning.

Every project says who built it and what my part was. Systems built by the group’s developers or bought from vendors are marked as coordinated, not as my own work.

01 / Built at work

Tools I built for the factories.

I built these myself, for use at work.

Fabric Age Control dashboard

TechnologyExcel · SharePoint · Power Automate

Problem
Fabric should not sit in the warehouse for years; when an order comes in, older rolls should be used first.
My contribution
Built a dashboard that tracks each fabric’s age from the day it arrives. Used every day in the warehouse.
02 / Implemented or coordinated

Systems I helped bring into use.

Built by the group’s developers or bought from vendors. My part was requirements, UAT, coordination and rollout support, not development.

Group systemImplemented

Visitor Management System

Built by the group’s in-house development team

Problem
Factory testing showed the new visitor system did not yet fit how visitors are handled on site.
My contribution
Led factory-side UAT, gathered requirements and feedback, coordinated changes with the developers and supported rollout. In use at both Myanmar factories.

Production Tracking System

Built by the group’s in-house development team

Problem
The group system did not fit our two Myanmar factories, and production teams got little back from it.
My contribution
Gathered production feedback, explained the gaps to the developers, reported to the Director, and now support the rebuild.

Vendor system · Solvei8In progress

Plani8

Bought from Solvei8

Purpose
Production planning.
My contribution
Project coordination for the roll-out. Tracki8 and Maintaini8 are planned next, once Plani8 is stable.

FINAC Payroll

Bought from Datamation

Purpose
Payroll, to replace the current in-house payroll system.
My contribution
Project coordination: data and requirements gathering.
03 / Learning builds

Where I try new tools.

Personal prototypes and experiments. Not production systems.

Learning build · PrototypeLearning

Style Control Workbook & live dashboard

TechnologyExcel · SharePoint · Power Automate

Learning
How to follow one order through every production department, from merchandising to delivery, in one place.
My contribution
Building a prototype workbook with a live dashboard. In progress.
Learning build · ExperimentLearning

Hourly production automation

Technologyn8n · Telegram · AI · SharePoint

Learning
Exploring workflow automation with n8n and AI.
My contribution
Experiment: hourly production updates sent on Telegram are read by an AI step in n8n and written to a SharePoint Excel file. In progress.
04 / Retired

Done its job.

Solutions that were needed for a time and then removed.

Interim · Built by meRetired

Visitor register on Microsoft 365

TechnologyMicrosoft Forms · Power Automate · SharePoint

Problem
Visitor registration had to keep running while the main visitor system was being improved.
My contribution
Built a temporary business-continuity register that collected visits and notified the right people. Retired once the improved main system was in use.
